Services

Justice-Centered Advisory, Strategy, Teaching & Speaking.

Four interlocking services — built for institutions serious about transformation, not transactions.

Every engagement begins with listening. This practice operates at the vital intersection of international law, strategic advocacy, and the unique geopolitical realities of the Global South, working alongside institutions and communities to surface what they already know. By translating that collective knowledge into actionable strategy, the practice champions equity on the world stage and ensures the final approach resonates deeply with political, editorial, and community stakeholders.

As a consultant specializing in international development, I help organizations move beyond compliance to drive structural change. I partner with clients to conduct equity audits, facilitate restorative dialogues and design actionable frameworks that center impacted communities. By blending strategic consulting with restorative practices, I guide leaders in building cultures of genuine accountability, systemic equity and lasting community trust.

Where Our Clients Stay

Lime Cottage, Barbados.

Lime Cottage — chattel-style villa with white picket fence in Barbados
A Two-Bedroom Chattel House

A private two-bedroom chattel-style villa, Bamboo Ridge.

Lime Cottage is a private, two-bedroom chattel-style villa located in the peaceful residential enclave of Bamboo Ridge, situated at the top of Holders Hill in St. James, Barbados. Sitting 300 feet above sea level on the island's prestigious Platinum Coast, this property blends traditional Caribbean architecture with modern comforts and is available as both a vacation rental and a long-term rental property.

When I'm not in the field, this is where I stay as do many of my clients. It's a beautiful traditional cottage in a quiet Bajan neighbourhood — close to Bridgetown, great restaurants, the beach, shopping and local fun. It's the kind of place where strategy mornings turn into afternoon swims and the work gets a little better for the breathing room.
